There are many different ways to build a custom fire table.  The counter top can vary from poured in place concrete, granite, stained steal, flagstone, or even interlocking pavers.  You decide.  Some options for the sides of the concrete fire table include stone, stacked stone, and stucco.  Options for filler include colored fire glass, sand, and volcanic stone.
