Orange County Concrete Fire Pits
For this fire pit we used a rectangular design. This design is becoming popular, although we also build traditional round fire pits. No matter what the style, each fire pit is built with great care. What sets a fire pit built by a licensed contractor apart are the quality materials, and careful construction. Our teams are properly trained to lay the gas line to the fire pit and sculpt the concrete into a sturdy and elegant shape. This balance of beauty and functionality is what you’re looking for in quality fire pit construction.
Fire Pits are also functional! During the day, the fire pit’s poured-in-place concrete cap can be used as a coffee table of sorts. At night, the built in gas fire pit can provide warmth and light to the gathering.
There are many different options to fill your fire pit. Many new fire pit owners will chose lava rock, sand, or our custom American Fire glass. As you can see, tumbled fire glass can be chosen to match any color scheme of furniture or otherwise. In this way, each element of your landscape will work in harmony. Fire pits can be constructed to match any shape, style, or color.

It’s interesting to think about what this area used to be. Before TRU Landscape Services arrived, the backyard was a tiered garden area past its prime. There were tree stumps and struggling old plants. Much of the dry dirt was exposed in mounds. After demolition and leveling the yard, we built the form for the fire pit and began pouring concrete. The resulting area bears no resemblance to its former self.
What used to be a completely unusable space was transformed into a totally unique and inviting patio area. If you’re ready to do the same for your backyard landscape, call TRU Landscape today and ask about the option of installing your own Orange County Fire Pit!
